    Im playing MCOC on iphone 5s , and i'v been having logging issue's after maintenance , im not able to log in via WI-Fi or LTE service
    i keep getting the 'an unknown error has occurred , please try again later ' massage . this is the most annoying issue on this game so pls help me out ASAP . TnQ .

    are you by any chance playing from: Iran, Syria, Sudan , Cube , North Korea?
    if so Kabam blocked all players from those countries (without making any statement about that)
    so I would recommend you to go to app store and install betternet (free VPN) or any alternative and use that permanently

    @karinshi yeah im from iran :| why the hell they blocked us out ??? its just a game ... and they do this with no statement ... im playing for almost 3 yrs now and they block us like that , fan freaking tastic ...

    theres a reason though current events ...and stuff i get why they would do that..but not telling why idk what to say or think about that...

    @Scare_Reaper2 either way its so nonsense to abandon a group of players that invested a lot of time , money and hard work on this game due to the sanctions or any thing similar to that . this also happened to world of warcraft in 2012 , they prevented iranians access to the game , and at the end of the day only blizzard payed the price and iranians reclaim the access now days .

    My in game user is Samiworm and I am using an iphone 7plus with updated ios. Since the extended 8 hour server maintenance, every time I open the game it says "FAILED TO LOG IN" and "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later."

    I have restarted my phone multiple times and deleted and reinstalled the game too with no change whatsoever. What is going on? I am about to miss a number of valuable rewards.

    well it has to do with sanctions and what each country is involved in ill let you figure it out. It's what kabam did they banned iran sudan and syria and north korea cause of sanctions and how they all have a travel ban. So it isn't nonsense sorry to burst your bubble but this is the actual information out there at the moment.

    there was a ban for player from:Iran,Syria,Sudan,Cube and North Korea
    and there isn't any off official announcement yet!!
    so use a VPN
    (I would recommend betternet vpn(free))

    Thank you for sharing this info. I should have guessed that is the case. Well I think I would rather quit the game that does not even care enough to announce such a thing.

    I live in the United States and I get the “Sheduled maintenance” message. I have redownload the game, reset my router, everything! The game works when I use my precious cellular data though. Please fix this inconvenience ASAP.

    and when i told people that karinshi people thought i was misinforming people. pretty funny that it isn't misinformation and people are in denial about it

    Yes it's true. They did a location ban. They didn't ban accounts from there you just cant login from that location

    We’ve been asked by a few of you why some players are no longer able to log in from certain territories. In order to comply with restrictive measures (‘sanctions’) imposed by the US and other local sanction laws, our services may not be accessible from certain countries under sanctions.

    In this case, there was a service change on behalf of one of our service providers to comply with these sanctions laws.
