Why is X-MEN USE a 35 day event?

A 35 day event seems pretty epic for something most will complete on Auto-Fight within 24 hours. Are there hidden rank rewards or something that makes it more important than any random 22 hour solo event? I must be missing something here...

    yeah i guess since this event holds some of the "keys" to getting into certain content that lasts 4+ weeks it makes sense to have it open the whole time. I just feel the time to complete vs. time its open a bit skewed. The top prize was at 15,000 pts. Maybe 150,000 pts would have been better. But not a big issue either way really.... just an observation / opinion.

    Did all the fights I needed in literally 10 minutes. All milestones.

    Makes me wonder if next month's milestones have something to do with this months like they did that time with the Solo Objectives.

    Nope. Just did practice fights against one of my 6* mutants over and over and over again with another of my 6* mutants. Use the beta feature to use the replay option. Rinse and repeat for about 10 minutes.

    That’s a great way to tackle this event. I keep forgetting about that practise mechanic. Thanks for the tip 👍
