Who is your go to for the Cosmic chapter of Cav EQ with this set of nodes?

Generally happy to be back to class based Cav EQ this month, but I continue to be weakest in Cosmic champs. Trying to figure out 1-2 to rank up to help with Cav EQ for this months set of nodes in particular, but ideally one who is also good for the other cosmic nodes.

Hoping to get to the level of cheese that Claire gives in the Mystic chapter, or Guardian/HB/Nimrod in Tech.

    Any cosmic with Odin prefights. I used Herc.

    I find Odin works quite well for the fights in the cosmic chapter. Plus his pre-fights also come in handy with other cosmics

    Venom, especially awakened, pretty much gets 100% vigilance uptime. If you have Odin of any rarity, you can slap three extra buffs on any cosmic to work around the node as well.

    Thanks all. Unfortunately I don’t have Angela, buy I do have Venom awakened. I have 5* Herc sitting at R4 in the hopes that I pull him at 6* next Tuesday (lots of gems stored).

    Also wasn’t aware of the Odin prefight thing, which is really helpful. @ItsDamien and @Wicket329 - I’m assuming I shouldn’t bother using those prefights on Venom since he already makes good use of the nodes, but instead should be used for another cosmic that doesn’t, right?

    Angela has been my go to in the past, but this is the first month of class based since I ranked up this chick, and she didn't disappoint!

    I carried CAIW and Hercules for synergies, and she can clear the entire lane AND out damage Sabertooth's regen.

    She's gotten 1 or 2 kills in every war I've placed her in too.

    Odin pre-fight with corvus is mine. Venom is a backup.

    Correct, Venom has no need for the prefight help (unless you just want to give him aptitude, it would definitely make him hit harder). Another, less buff-centric cosmic would benefit more for the purposes of the EQ nodes.

    The reason why Venom is so good is that his Klyntar buff also counts. So right off the jump an awakened Venom has three buffs, possibly four. No ramp up needed.

    Great - thanks all. Yeah, Corvus is another Cosmic champ I’d like pull down at 5 or 6*. Amazing how good the rest of my roster is but how weak my Cosmic roster is.

    And thanks to @Wicket329 for the clarification on the prefights.

    I’ve since done a run and Venom really does tear it up.

    CGR is great for this path. Do an opening combo to get vigilance and it’s smooth sailing from there. I bring Venompool and Venom as back up.

    King Groot! His buff gives him so much survivability now it's crazy. And he hit super hard too once you get some armor breaks down.

    CGR is great, and if you slap on Odin's pre-fights with him, it makes the quest kind of a joke. Another option that I'll throw out there is Silver Surfer-- he won a TON of fights in my exploration of that quest!
