My alliance has totally CRASHED!!! When I enter a fight my champion and opponent does not show but time ticks continues until it eventually TIMES OUT. That repeats with all 3 Champs. I have

Expand this to all game modes. Additionally I’ve had issues getting cornered on one side of the map by defenders that refuse to throw specials instead just spam heavy attacks even if I start baiting the specials from the other side of the map. On occasion I am experiencing this frozen or dropped block while defender throws a special.

I totally agree. There are times i can’t even dex. My champs just stand there get punished! I’m so close to quitting this game. I’ve already lost some really good players over this. Kabam doesn’t care tho. To many other players still spend enough they can care less about the ones say something or don’t like what’s going on😢
The bugs and lag issues are a joke on this game people spend so much money on this game and the rewards are pathetic !!! No wonder why people stopped spending money on this game ! These lag and bugs are making the game intolerable. After 5 or so years I am ready to stop playing. Maybe we need a class action suit to recover all our money we laid out during our time here. Half the time I can not parry; when I parry or hit the block button my champs will some how release the block and I take the incoming attack or my champs charge for right into the attack! And AI is cheating when it comes to intercepts; I cant intercept half the time; when i know I should intercepted they intercept everything!!! Your allowing your AI to cheat! And this is bull ****! This same issue is also in arena but difference is i can't fight that fight again and it's showing the result i lost that fight and sometime it will cost my multiplier point in arena.

This release is the worst yet when it comes to input drops and lag. I don’t care about new content at this time. Fix the game first. It has been broken since the release of Hercules. We know you changed engines then. Please be transparent with us and let us know if you are even trying to fix this or if it can even be fixed at this point.

However when I block the defenders special and try to immediately punish they are blocking instantly.

Description of the Issue: The lag has gotten so bad that in between my combos the AI is able to attack me!!! That’s BS… dexing is at it’s all time worst. My champs can’t even dex without get hit cause of the lag. What’s most frustrating is the controls. The AI has gotten more aggressive and I have less control of my champs. I’d suggest getting a new platform. You guys said something about about the platform you’re currently uses doesn’t align with the control system your engine works with for ISO. So fire this platform system and find a platform provider. I’m no expert with things but I will say your game is broken, so fix it.

I cannot see any of the Grandmaster Anthropomorphic Crystals in the special tab on any of my iOS devices. I can however see this on my Android device.
Please confirm how this can be corrected? As I am collecting the shards but cannot open any of them.
