Basic arena problems and crazy usage of bots

I would like to really ask kabam what and when are they gonna permanatly ban the bots and ppl who are sharing accounts for grinding in the arenas? I'm in disbelief that I put 74,5mil in the arena and yes I refreshed and yes I have a huge roster and yes I grinded 9hrs a day to get spot 216...... I get it is Hercules but what I can't believe is how can someone put 85 plus mil in the basic arena that is ridiculous this is why casual spenders like my self are not competing anymore. please kabam either raise the top players from top 100 to top 250 or permanatly ban these bots and ppl sharing their accounts to grind arena. I took time to write this not to be a baby but to really show you guys that the way the arena is structured for a basic champ is not fair and it needs action, I will get Hercules someday that's not my issue my issue is the time the money just wasted bc of a bunch of cheaters please consider this post thanks in advance.

But lets get something straight. Putting up 74.5mil (with refreshes) is not having a "huge roster". Barely average. And 9h a day is also not enough, needs to be 12+.
I was also grinding Herc, but 1day into it, I got my gifting rewards, opened 3 features and got him on the very last crystal. So I stopped. But my plan was to put up 150m, 130 at least.
My roster can do 100m+ without refreshes. I'm a f2p endgame player with a decent roster. There were a lot of endgame players who didnt (and still) dont have him. And his feature crystal ends in 2 days. Thats who you were competting against.
Shang-Chi went for 76 and you thought you were getting Herc with 74? Seriously?
With your roster you can get a lot of 6*s in the basic arena, expand your roster. But not a god tier, top 5 prestige champ like Herc. Thats when the big boys come to play.
I have a feeling allot of botters were active again, as a 5* hercules can progress that botting account presumably??
PS: I have an immense amount of spite, can't understand why you can pull so many **** champs from featured forced to try arena, normal players can't compete.
Why vote for a champ you want, it comes out and you have no chance of acquiring it ? its stupid.

I wanted to get him, but I knew the ballers were coming out.
This is fine for most basic champs. Once in a while a champ will come that you just arent ready to compete for. Recognizing that will save you from a lot of dissapointment.
And regarding the game, yes it is played on mobile devices. But I think most of us can agree that it's no ordinary mobile game. Or we wouldnt still be playing it 6-7 years later
So the reality is bots did not impact on which reward bracket you placed. There might have been some bots but not enough to impact on your arena rewards. You should have put up more points. Your argument that you put in enough time isn’t valid because the time you put in wasn’t enough to get the amount of points required. If that’s the amount of time you want to put in then expect disappointment.
This leads to your issue of whether the top 100 should be expanded to top 200 or 250, so you can put in less effort and still get rewarded. Kabam need to keep supply artificially low to keep demand high. Should it be expanded. Probably, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Personally I find arena an obscene part of the game. I wish everyone luck whose grinding away to earn the top spots but also find the behaviours and effort level required to put that much time and effort in for a character in a mobile video game crazy.
While all communications and in-game messages warn of bans and such, whatever tools Kabam has used are easily bypassed by Bots and those accounts using them.
And even though it's clear for anyone who has played this game to see, Kabam continues to not ban the accounts without whatever "proof" they actually need.
It makes zero sense and the only thought I can come with as to why this continues to happen:
More Bots take away champs wanted from legitimate players meaning they will need to buy crystals to get the champions eventually. Why else would this not be fixed for years?
You all may not like Prof Hoff or agree with him, but every single time he's made a video about it showing the proof these accounts that rank high are at the very least suspect, it is using the same rationale a player in this Community can to see the fault in the arenas.
I don't know how to fix it other than just ban a y questionable account and start from there, but the other option would be at least increase the rankings that get champions to be more in line with the "old" arenas. My suggestion:
Top 200 (or 300) gets 6-Star
Top 201/301-600 gets 5-Star
That's a lot of work and this game needs to recognize that more. The 100 Top is lame and makes zero sense when compared to the effort and time it takes.
The bots are in the summoner trials arena where they can run 2, 3 and 4* basically non stop with the 2h refresh timer. It's for BCs to turn them into units.
No bots are getting into top100.
Who are getting into top100 are mercs, which, personally, I dont have a problem with. I know i can beat enough of them in arena, in legend runs, to get my rewards. It makes it more satisfying knowing I beat them.
Most of us have decent rosters, but it would be more about time while refreshing our top champs, which nobody was willing to sacrifice; over a thousand rounds in three days, little to no sleep, no thanks.
Those who missed out on a champion are being compensated with what they missed out on. I agree bots should be banned. But Kabam look to be taking action when they have clear and actionable evidence.
They don’t have to increase the pool to 250. People dominate the featured as well the basic because they can. You could have dominated the basic with a few more hours of grinding a day. Maybe a few Odins of unit refreshes.
When it comes to arena it’s go big or go home. The majority are going to miss out and it’s sucks for them, but that’s arena in MCOC.
At this point, it is the ridiculous amount of time you need to invest.
The fastest way is probably refreshing your top 3 champs with boosts on them all the time. And even if you do your whole score only that way, its still a crazy amount of time you need, to achieve these scores.
To expect this crazy amount of time, 3 days in row, is not realistic in my eyes.
If that much time is needed, the system is kinda flawed, and only further encourages people to hire a few mercs which farm alternately for the needed score.
