Kabam tickets
This is mainly towards any kabam employee that sees this. But the way your tickets are operationalised is awful. I submitted a ticket for my account (which I clearly own due to constant posts and having pictures and purchase evidence) and yet I still have “incorrect security question answers”. What even is that about? I got 10 energy refills from a gift expire in my rewards section, and they just disappeared, rather than going into my overflow. I filed a ticket about this and I have to provide correct answers so it doesn’t put the owners (me) account at risk? Wanting to get a solution to a fault in the refills is not putting ANY account at risk and is a waste of my time having to go back and check every security question is correct, and when given a correct answer, something still happens to be wrong. It’s an absolute joke and has taken far too long for just 10 energy refills that were supposed to go into overflow rather than disappear.
