Alliance BG Chat does not appear during AQ/AW

For the past month or so, I've noticed that the alliance BG Chat does not appear in the chat bar. There's only the general chat and the main alliance chat. Notice there's only two chat window indicators on the bottom grey bar.

If you click on the chat settings icon in the bottom left corner and select "Alliance" then all of the chat options show up. Notice there's now 4 indicators.

It just happened again, so I caught the steps in order this time:

Main alliance chat and AQ BG Chat not appearing:

Go to chat selector:

Select Alliance chat:

Close chat window and now all chats appear correctly:
