I would like most of Spiderman's enemies to be added but mainly lizard, sandman, kraven and mysterio.
Sandman: Sp1 sandman smashes his opponent into the ground with a giant sand hammer: 50% chance to stun for 2.50 seconds, chance is increased by 40% if opponent is armour broken.
Sp2 sandman turns into a sandstorm and knocks his opponent backwards:60% chance to stun for 3.50 seconds, chance is increased by 40% if opponent is armour broken. This special attack decreases opponents block proficiency by 50% for the next 7.50 seconds.
Sp3 sandman turns into a giant sand creature and destroys his opponent. 85% chance to stun for 5.50 seconds, chance is increased by 40% if opponent is armour broken.
Heavy attack: 40% chance to stun the opponent for 1.50 seconds chance is increased by 40% if opponent is armour broken. Heavy attacks can only stun once per fight.
Being made of pure sand, sandman is immune to all bleed effects.
Sand strength: sandman has a 15% chance to gain a fury every time he uses a heavy attack or gains a bar of power increasing his attack by x damage.
When sandman has fury(s) his attacks also have a 9% chance to armour break the opponent for 10 seconds decreasing armour rating by x.
Signature ability: Per armour break on the opponent, the opponent has a x% chance to miss sandman, projectiles have a x% increased chance to miss sandman.
Pyro. I haven't seen Pyro added into any Marvel game except for X-Men Destiny and Mavel War Of Heroes. He is my favorite X-Men character
Pyro (Mutant), Should be around or above Iceman's prestige (maybe higher?), Synergys with Iceman, Magneto, Storm, Logan, Cyclops and Phoenix (Rival Synergy with X-Men team, teammate synergy with Magneto), maybe good health and very good attack?
Hopefully its not much to ask for.

A very large needle - Doc Oc uses a needle so large it causes a wound but also injects a serum which increases heart rate causing heavy bleeding dealing X damage over X seconds.
An experimental serum - A failed love potion by the lonely Doctor instead causes the opponent to lose focus causing reduced ability accuracy of X%

Because Stan Lee has been in nearly every Marvel movie for a few years now I feel like he should be a character in this game. Even if he isn't a playable character he should appear at least once. I'm newer to the game so I don't quite know what class he should be or his abilities. Maybe Mystic class? Feel free to suggest abilities for him or correct me if he is already in the game and I just haven't encountered him.

You could do more than one version, original comic, and days of future past.
Some of the feature they could have would be to learn from the characters they are fighting.
They could have different buffs depending on who they fight, such as healing block against mutant, bleed immunity against skills, etc
Once awakened they could either use their opponents attack against them or use an attack from a category they are week against (if fighting skill use a mutants special attack)
They could have senergys related to magnito, ultron, and x men.
Recon this is an idea that might be worth looking at?

You do realize the title of the game is "MARVEL" Contest of Champions right? Emphasis on the Marvel if the quotes and uppercase weren't obvious enough. If you want an Indian superhero, try Spiderman-India or Vesper. Though considering the number of spidermen already in the game I don't think that would happen.

Evade- he can evade up to 75% of all projectiles and specials depending on stored power and a base evade of 5%
Tenacity- he has a up to a 75% chance to shrug off any non damaging debuff the less power he has and base chance of 5%
Tactician- as he sees the world in what humans would perceive as slow motion he learns the fighting style of his opponent and reduces their attack by 3% per 20 successful hits
Heavy attack- this attack hits with such speed and force that it's unstoppable and stuns the opponent for 3 seconds
Special 1- with a flurry of fists thrown to the body of his opponent quicksilver knocks the wind out of them and they're unable to land any non special attack for 2.5 seconds
Special 2- he builds up tornado force winds and hits with an extra 5% of his attack as energy damage per heavy attack connected by either champion
Special 3- moving so fast he phases through his opponent striking their inner strength with each strike and stops the flow of their power for 10 seconds this is increased by 5 seconds if the opponent is stunned when using the special
