Which 5* should I take to rank 4/5?

Here is my current line up. I would upgrade and switch. Was interested in thor ragnorak and venompool synergies.

This looks like an outdated roster. I would do what you can with the r3's until you pull some better champions. These aren't bad champions per se but for rank 4/5 you want some better champs than those guys.
