I have Cap IW and domino so
Which one should I rank 2?

Hard to say. Imo Domino bcs CapIW needs awakening and high sig, so better get him as 5* and invest sigs there

If Cap ws duped it would've been an easy choice...bt fr now go with the one u like more

How many six stars do you have? Since you mention your roster is not particularly shiny, maybe you should just go with basic crystals to save the 5k shards

I was a big domino guy before i got Apoc.

Rank up domino, i like her RNG alot. Love when she gets the crit bleeds and fun to play.

If CAIW was awakened i would have said him, pretty sure someone else said it but he is a beast awakened and high sig, and my personal favorite science. Until then...go Domino.

How many six stars do you have? Since you mention your roster is not particularly shiny, maybe you should just go with basic crystals to save the 5k shards

I've got a few and most of them are straight Outta the garbage can so I wanna try nu luck on the featured one I guess besides this featured got a lot of the champions I want so it's kinda a no brainer for me
