Hazard shift in AW

So normally, if falcon locks on to an enemy he bypasses hazard shift. That doesn’t happen anymore. Was falcon’s locked on ability SUPPOSED to bypass that node and now it isn’t working or was never supposed to and now Kabam fixed it?

Given what I’ve found on Reddit, it appears it should work but doesn’t. So I’m guessing in fixing something Kabam, you have changed this aspect of war. Another war season down the drain
