Can't Login to Son's Account

My son started his own account a few months back and has received this error every time he tries to access the game. I turned off parental controls and still no luck. I uninstalled the game and same issue.

Also, hit up support already and they told me to have my son submit a ticket since its his account...he's 8 years old...

I mean, you should've just said it's your account.

Probably won’t help you since TOS says you need to be 13
