Strange bug within the login screen

Hi everyone. I usually tend to play games when I get home after work, and I have a few hours to login to claim the daiky login. Today I couldn't login in my alt account and it result in losing a day from all the logins that are active. It was very strange because my screen looked like if I was logged in, but couldn't do anything, and it worked now, but it was too late. Is there something I can do here, or I have to assume that I won't get all the rewards?

    Hey there, sorry to hear about this. I would first try to go through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you have. If that doesn’t solve the problem, I would get in contact with our Support Team. They can be reached from the game’s home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled “Support”.

    So something to mention here is that the time has changed. It is now 7pm EST and not 8PM EST. I just noticed it two days ago. That might help you understand. It would have been nice if Kabam let others know.
