AQ focused/AW optional alliance looking for 1 (4500 glory weekly)

We need to replace a member who had to leave after the last AQ. We run 2 BGs at map 6 and 1 at map 5 in AQ (we are specifically looking for someone to join one of the map 6 BGs). Take home is 4500 glory each week. AW is optional though we fill 2 BGs each round. Currently hitting gold 3 each season. We are a life first, laid back alliance.
