Any metal champ has the chance to bypass it with pacify and a parry before the magnetism actually places.

Archangel and Mysterio somewhat bypass it but not in every way. You can play them normally it's just you will have that passive on you meaning your healing will be messed up and Mags will gain his bonuses

Remember that Psycho-Man starts his fights with his Control Box in "Hate" mode, which means that you suffer from a passive Concussion effect when charging your Heavy Attacks. This can prevent Magneto's Magnetism from activating if you're charging a heavy right at the beginning of the fight. It's best to let the magnetism start before you charge that first heavy attack!
