Can't add attachments to general discussion?

Sorry to bother, I have a quick question.
I wanted to post a discussion (namely a feedback on the SQ), but when I wanted to post it, a pop-up said "You can't add attachments to this section" or something in that way. All I had there was 2 graphs, uploaded as regular images.

Is this a ban I have or sth? I don't understand. It took me about half an hour to make the post, so before attempting again, I'd like to know the reason.

I think you'd have to add it in a comment. I haven't had this problem before, but some do.

As you can see it works for me.

If you post the image after the first post it should work.

It doesn’t work if you try and create a discussion from the main page, but if you go to General Discussion first, then you can add attachments.
