  I d say Despair. Use Courage for now instead of GC, wait to get more skilled to use this instead.

  Putting 3 points in Willpower without suicide mastery isn't bad . Its a great investment

  1 is fine for now to where you can focus on other masteries. Once youre leaning towards suicides get 3/3

  I usually run three points in Willpower regardless of whether or not I run suicides. It's just a great mastery and those points can add up if you rack up non-damaging debuffs.
  
  If my math is correct, Lvl 1 of Willpower gives you 150 HP/second if your max health is 30K (which is basically a 5r5). Meanwhile, Lvl 3 gives you 210 HP/s.
  
  Let's put some numbers to that from realistic situations:

  OG Captain America
  

  When hitting his block, there's a chance to gain a Fatigue debuff lasting 12s.
  Lvl 1: 1800 HP regenerated.
  Lvl 3: 2520 HP regenerated.

  Angela
  

  Every time she uses a special attack, she places an Armor Break debuff lasting 7s.
  Lvl 1: 1050 HP regenerated.
  Lvl 3: 1470 HP regenerated.

  Mr. Fantastic
  

  When using SP1, he places a Taunt and a Stagger debuff on you, each lasting 9s.
  Lvl 1: 2700 HP regenerated.
  Lvl 3: 3780 HP regenerated.

  Immortal Abomination

  Every time you hit his block while he is poisoned, he places a Weakness debuff on you for 2s.
  Lvl 1: 300 HP regenerated.
  Lvl 3: 420 HP regenerated.
  
  All of these are champions I regularly use as free healing, and at Lvl 3, they dole out about 40% extra healing compared to at Lvl 1. It's maybe not the most necessary investment at the time if you're low on units, but I find all three levels to be a worthwhile investment overall even when you don't run suicides. If you don't encounter many debuffs, you're going to want to heal up as much as you can from the few that you do encounter; if you end up with a lot of different debuffs on you, you're going to heal like crazy with the full set.
