About the compensation

I was doing the 6.1.6 Sentinel boss and brought him down to ~ 150k health with two revives. Ran out of units (I didn't have much to begin with) and dont especially want to grind my butt off at the arenas. So i was wondering, when is the next compensation with the revives and heals? Like, is it timed or is it completely random?

    By that time you can have the equal amount of units from arena milestones. I suggest you don't wait for it and grind. It'll come handy for other content
