Looking for rank-up advice

Been a while since I made one of these

Please answer any/all of the following:

1) Is Jabari worth ranking up unduped?
1b) Could you share any gameplay of unduped jabari?
2) Is Cable worth r2 right now if the highest Apoc I have is a four star (Also I don't run suicides most of the time)?
3) Which Kingpin should get the t5b: duped 5r4 or unduped 6r1 ?

the only question I could answer is that cable is not worth it

Cable is fantastic when you have a 6/65 or ran 3 6-star apocalypse. But he is the robin and apocalypse is the Batman - not the other way around. So wait until you get a 5 or 6 star version of the big guy before ranking up cable.

2) cable's worth r3, but not in your case with 4* apoc

I guess cable will stay at rank 1 for now. Anyone else got any suggestions for r1 unduped vs r4 duped Kingpin?
