Better champion to uograde

Hi,

I am stuck at Act 5 and chapter 1. I have a couple of 5 star champions at Rank 4/5 need advice on who should I uograde.

Human Torch & Doctor Doom are at maximum.

Peni Parker
Nightcrawler
Spider-Ham
Masacre
Invisible woman
Korg
Symbiote supreme
Iron Man

Please advise on the best option

Among the options, the best champs are Peni Parker and Spider Ham. Both are great champs and I believe Peni would be good for the Collector with her Sync Shield and burst damage.
