So they said theyd look into it last week...then we received no follow up...until now...their response was to release the same deal with no DROPRATES AGAIN....this looks really bad on Kabam🤷♂️...atleast confirm that you found a loophole and dont need to have the droprates...
We've alerted the rest of the team. We had thought we had found a fix for this but will continue working on getting this issue resolved as soon as possible.

I’m sorry but that’s really not acceptable when it’s multiple weeks of breaking the terms of service agreement. This really is a huge issue that the company doesn’t seem to be taking serious if the offer just keeps getting put out this way.
I understand that things dont get fixed right away. I do agree the same offer should not be allowed back in game with the same issue 7days later for them to profit from. The past droprate issue shouldve been addressed first and delt with. Just my thoughts and why I feel very strongly that this is in bad faith.
We'll work to measure the impact and figure out next steps from there, but the fix needs to be fully implemented first, otherwise working on those next steps will take longer. Once we have definitive updates and timelines we can give on this, we'll be sure to update everyone.

We’ll keep checking back for an update. But irrespective of what the fixes are most organisation would have a standard operating procedure of what the outcomes will be once the fix has occurred.

Why was the offer given again today if you knew it was bugged?

They schedule the offers in advance, odds are it was set weeks ago and forgot it was a repeating offer that needed fixed.
I hope you can understand why people aren't happy.
Firstly you clearly broke the terms of agreement (that's a huge deal). Then although you acknowledged it, it feels like it was pretty much dismissed, and there was no update until 7 days later when you did the same thing (no mention of addressing the issue for those affected last week). Also the crystals were missing certain years and were not nexus crystals as the description suggests they should be.
Then this week the terms of service are once again broken, the crystals were once again missing certain years and once again they were not nexus crystals as the description suggests.
The comment this week saying you'll measure the impact on players and figure our next steps from there (aka you need to fix the crystals and at the very least send players the actual nexus crystals they purchased with all the years present if not compensate them further), and update everyone once you have definitive updates and timelimes, this is fair and an appropriate response, however the fact that this message was only sent after the second week of this happening is not. It adds to the feeling that the intention was to ignore people last week. Why did it take 7 days for people to be told they would be updated?
The drop rates where missing in the same type of crystal back in December with nothing done about it. The same thing also happened last Saturday with the same crystals and again nothing was done about it.
When it was looked into back in December what where the results?
When we violate the ToS in game or in these forums Kabam doesn't hesitate to act. All I am asking for is for them to treat themselves the same way.

This is something Kabam should really remedy, but they aren't breaking any terms of service agreements. I have a suspicion about where that particular language came from, but they are not breaking any TOS nor are they in violation of the law. In the case of the Google Play store they are arguably in violation of their developer agreement, which is a dispute between Kabam and Google and no one else. Google can choose to enforce that requirement, or not, at its sole discretion.
They aren't even violating any requirement placed upon them by Apple. People keep misunderstanding what the Apple App Store review guidelines are. They are not contractual requirements. They are guidelines for developers to follow to avoid getting their apps blocked or otherwise removed from the Apple app store. The guidelines basically state if you fail to follow any of those rules, those could be used against the app during the app review process. Once again, those rules can be enforced by Apple at its sole discretion, and do not represent any other promise or warranty to any other third party. In other words, the app store review guidelines are not a promise to app customers.
This is a bug Kabam should fix, but it is not a violation of TOS or the law that the players can call Kabam on. The app store policies and guidelines carry zero weight when wielded by players. Players should be wary when they hear such statements from people who don't understand how these agreements work.
So with the latest post from kabam are you now going to go back and also correct the exact same selectors that were on offer at Christmas but were never fixed? @Kabam Zibiit
I think this one is slightly different as it was described as nexus crystals, but they were not nexus crystals.
I believe in the past when simular situations arrised and nexus crystals were sold/ described but not provided, Kabam subsequently provided everyone who received the incorrect crystals with actual nexus crystals.

So reading comments from Kabam staff above, clearly makes me believe that the information on post from Jan 4 wasn't upheld
Whats the update?
Regardless of all of the other issues regarding drop rates etc, they were meant to be cav crystals but weren't.
Regardless, the description was misleading and this whole crystal purchase was a debacle with the missing drop rates anyways.
