Bugged crystals still available for purchase

So I posted about the select a year Cav Crystals not containing drop rates, and that post got moved to the Bugs and Known Issues sections since apparently Kabam has noted this is a known bug that happened last week. But my question is why are those crystals still available for purchase if it's a known issue that breaks Apple/Google Terms of Service?

If it's a bug that's understandable, but take down the crystal until you can fix it. If they fixed the crystals and they now display the drop rates, then ignore this post.

They've already responded that they're working on it and will gauge the impact when it's fixed.

And then wait until the issue is corrected and the offer becomes available again with the proper drop rates.

If it wasnt fixed why did they release it again 😑
Because it probably was scheduled to do it again. Mistakes happen even for a human

    That's a multi-million dollar company mate.
Multimillion dollar companies can't make mistakes?

If it was broken, why would it be intentionally sent out?
That's what makes it a bug.

As soon as it’s identified they are selling items in breach of iTunes/Google TOS they should take the item off of sale immediately. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a bug or human error the deals should have been stopped. They didn’t. If there was a bug that was inadvertently giving 99% of a pulling a 6* we all know that Kabam would be pulling the deal as soon as they realised and wouldn’t leave it to run the full cycle. These deals should have been stopped immediately when Kabam realised there was a bug.

Because they want money? If they wanted to, they very easily could’ve taken off the offer, apologized and said they would be giving compensation. Instead, the offer was re-released, and nothing was said. Maybe don’t always assume Kabam is some angel of a company who doesn’t make intentional mistakes
They already commented that they believed it was fixed. Pushing this conspiracy narrative is not helping anything.

The simple solution: Tap the annual Crystal selector icon and see that there is no drop rates and refrain from purchasing.
This is the approach I took.

I bet people dont want to do they. They want to buy the crystals and then demand a compensation afterwards. It has always been like that 🤷🏼‍♂️

i love when people say "conspiracy" to try and down play facts xD this isnt the US politics where you can type/say whatever and deny factual statements. facts are kabam knows it was bugged not once but rereleased and bugged again yet they expect people to blindly buy their product, and no matter what you say about people should know better, doesnt change the fact that the company should know better as well... maybe defending the problem isnt the best solution

We all hav problems in real life. But again Kabam though there’s had fixed it Yes there should hadn’t take the offer down yes but come do u go in to a casino bar and see what the drop is one the goodie’s

right.. but this isnt really a casino.... it has similar attributes but the mcoc game has to ABIDE BY THE RULES set in place so it doesnt cheat the player base.

a real casino is also rigged against the people...
hey i guess you might be right xD

When someone says they purposefully released it bugged just to make money, that is not facts. That's conspiracy based on conjecture. If anyone here can prove their intentions with the information provided, I fully encourage them to do so.
What the facts are, are that there was a bug confirmed and reported, and was not resolved by the time the next Offer came out. It was responded to as believed to have been fixed, and was not. We also have their history of being honest and forthright about these things, and rectifying them whenever necessary. Those are facts.
"Kabam put out the Offer knowing it was bugged." is not a fact. You can't speak for what they did or did not do intentionally, and insofar as that goes, their word is as close to fact as we can get here.
