"Visual Bugs"
I just ran into a bug on my main account where the payout showed I got 200 more units and 200k more gold than I "actually" did. I submitted a ticket because these amounts weren't irregular at all for the amount of crystals I opened.. and was basically told "it's a bug sorry, we will do nothing" (in nicer terms)
I am only writing this because I think that policy is... insanely anti player. If you have a known bug, fix it. If your bug is showing your customers they won a reward they actually didn't.. honor that reward until that bug is fixed. Telling your customer "sorry you didn't actually get that thing we said you did... good day sir" (wily wonka voice) is just insanely frustrating and bluntly.. unfair.
I know I'm ranting at this point.. but come on Kabam.... either fix things, or honor your mistakes.. don't say it's broken and get over it to us. Even Walmart honors mispriced items on their store shelves. If you can't reach Walmart level customer service... why even try at all?
