Gold crystal issue is it visual or something else

Opened 508 normal crystal and before opening it was some 400k something gold and in opening its showing something else and in upper blacket its showing diff.

another great example of someone throwing in the word "conspiracy" to try and down play an actual concern. if you play the game honestly and actually care about your time, youd really care if what you are given is what you deserve by the numbers provided by the drop rates.. oh wait crystals being sold to us also dont have those xD keep defending kabam while they keep screwing us over time and time again.
