"Visual glitch"

I opened arena crystals and was shown an award of 1,275 units. Kabam is now claiming that I didn't really get those rewards, despite them appearing on my screen. So apparently Kabam can now decide afterwards what they want to give you. If you get lucky on a crystal opening, it's a "glitch" and they take it back. If you are unlucky, that's what you get. And then they close the thread so no one else can comment.

    Funny how the "glitch" never awards us more units than it shows.

    I hope you just enjoy trolling because if you believe that Kabam are intentionally causing the issues and you’re still here, playing their game, then there’s something seriously wrong with you.
