I just restarted the game and it showed up

Glad to see they pulled through with the gift and arena dubloonies, but it’s hard to get excited when I can’t actually use them.

First restart I didn’t get it, but once I grabbed the dubloonies from the in game mail and THEN restarted, it was there. Try that if you are still having problems.
