Yes awaken Hype, but save the sigs. He just needs awakening, sig level don’t make much difference

He's one of the absolute best champions out there so I would definitely pop a cosmic gem into him. As for sigs, he doesn't really need them. The ability increases the potency of his buffs by between 65% at sig 1 and 75% at sig 200, but it scales so that you are already at 70% potency by sig 20.

To put it into perspective:

Unduped: his furies last 10 seconds.
Sig 1: his furies last 16,5 seconds.
Sig 20: his furies last 17 seconds.
Sig 200: his furies last 17,5 seconds.

So either save your sig stones altogether or put no more than 19 in him after the gem. Then enjoy your god-tier champion. He honestly put in so incredibly much work for me back in the day. He's amazing.
