Temporal Heist Rift Stone Age Legendary 6* Sig Stone Crystals

I used all 7 entries and 7 lock picks to pick up 21 of the 6* sig stones crystals. I opened them and saw the numbers, but when I checked my inventory none of them appeared. Anyone else had this issue?
