New Storm vs Nimrod interaction - possible bug?

I was just testing the newly buffed storm against nimrod. In his blitz/eradicate protocols, nimrod removes prowess and inflicts shock. So far this is happening. Storm is now immune to shock and if inflicted with shock "effects" she is supposed to get 2/3 prowess buffs. This part is not happening. Anyone else noticing this?

    I suspect is something to do with the class disadvantage?

    As you can see, nimrod in his blitz protocol is removing the prowess. He applies shock when he does that. Storm is immune so she should get more prowess.

    Looks like a bug. Also interesting that the immune text only showed once
