falcon can stop ultron's evade now

in Bugs and Known Issues
as stated in his kit, ultron's function cant be affected by ability accuracy reduction. but when i tested him, falcon can stop ultron from evading, not sure if this's intented??!

    I don't actually understand why Ultron can evade Prof X when he has 25+ channeling charges?! Slightly different topic I'm sorry, but still about Ultron's evade.

    Cuz it don't works VS tech Champs. It's in ProfX ability description.
