Act 6 changes : Impact on Carina's challenges

Kabam recently said that some of the Carina's challenges will be temporarily disabled on 6th June & will be available after necessary adjustments are done to account for Act 6 changes
Does this mean that there's a chance of these challenges being made slightly harder or more restrictive than their current state bcoz of proposed attack value reductions ??

I highly doubt they’ll touch any of the carina’s challenges because of the act 6 nerf

I still haven't done carina challenges in my alt account and was planning to do all of act6 challenges in June for my alt. I hope challenges won't take much time to return back to game.

I think it's to change the mechanisms as they're adding the switch portal to Act 6 which may interfere with the Champion-specific Carina Challenges

I read some mod saying that we're not supposed to change our characters on the choice node & just skip character select
That's a very small thing & doesn't warrant taking the challenges off for adjustments IMO
Anyone with common sense would know that they're supposed to ignore the node
May be they're planning to make some changes in the text of challenges to make it more clear, but even that doesn't seem to warrant a temporary withdrawal
I think a clarification in this regard will be better

It's possible that they previously did something like "beat the final boss node with your team as..." whilst with the switch node it should probably be "enter the quest with your team as... and beat the boss with the same team"

Yeah initially I also thought the same
But that seems like such a minor change that it can be done with just the monthly update
Temporarily disabling the challenges implies they need to do something which will take some time

Honestly I’d prefer that they just don’t have boss choice on the quests for now. It’s 6/24 quests. Give us 18 now and workshop the final 6 offline.
