Honestly, I'd be scared to see how much time I've spent playing this in the last 6 years, but no such options exists to my knowledge (although I could be wrong). So I'm super curious how one checks the amount of time playing this game compared to another player.

As you get higher in levels, they require more xp. If your friend started lower than you and played the exact same content, they would level up faster because of that. If you spend the same amount of time but focus on areas of the game (like EQ and arena) while your friend spent more time in story content (esp Act 4) and/or boosted, it makes a lot of sense that they leveled up faster. Different areas of the game have wildly different xp available. Also, we aren't saying that it is impossible for there to be a bug, but unless you're able to provide a lot more data, then the much more likely scenario is that you are mistaken.

Even amount of time played isn't completely relevant (higher exp in some areas than others). I took one of my minis from level 1 to level 45 in under 2 weeks with very little effort (explored story and used exp boosts) last November/December before gifting event.

Go for act 7 completion it gives an r3 generic gem, it's what iam doing ryt now
Story Content specifically is the best for leveling up your Summoner. Use XP boosts and fully explore that content. One thing that hasn't been mentioned is whether or not your friend has the Summoner Sigil? I believe that offers a permanent XP Boost while active.Edit: There are also 2 Mastery's that boost XP. It's possible your friend is using those as well. People say they're not worth it but I used them as the content wasn't necessarily all that difficult before I reached Level 60.
