It isn't, everyone has been complaining about it, Kabam lies all the time, ain't anything new

Hey there, if you are still having input issues, could you share the information requested here? This is a new form, separate from normal bug reports, to gather information on reported input issues. The information and extra details are very helpful to our investigations.

You know when a heavy attack travels further than it should? I notice it more with King Groot for some reason, and that’s been around for a long time. I think we’re seeing the medium version of that, and the SP version of that. It would explain the dex and parry issues.

Ikaris and Blade have been tedious fights in EOP as they have kit that forces you to dex quite a lot, and makes it hard to control ‘where’ the fight happens. Now combine that with random mediums that happen out of nowhere, like a travelling King Groot heavy, and we end up thinking something’s wrong with our own inputs.

I can dex or parry for days when I get a chance to depend on my own abilities. I can feel it in my bones when the AI appears to cheat (emphasis on appears).

That's a good observation, sometimes I feel like they're reaching farther then they should be capable of

I have played on a Samsung Galaxy A71 for the past 2+ years and, fortunately, I have been largely unaffected by the ongoing input issues with dex and parry. The gameplay has always been laggy, and that's been my only issue...until now. Ever since Kabam announced it has "fixed" these issues, the gameplay has been the worst it's been. For the first time, my parries were not registering and it was costing me deaths in AW. Some dexes randomly didn't work. I really encourage Kabam to look inward on these issues because every time there's an update or a fix, something else gets broken. Can they please correct things more delicately so that they're fixing only the main problem and not creating new ones? I'm not a software engineer, but basic common sense says a "fix" shouldn't be just shifting the problem away from one OS/device onto another.
