Ultron and Anti-Venom evade issue

So as everyone knows after rework Ultron have immunity to Slow effects, which is pretty unique ability.
Anti-Venom in his kit have an ability to place Decelerate Debuff, which lowers Evade and Unstoppable Ability Acuracy by 33% each.
So after placing 4 Decelerate Debuffs Ultron should not be evading, but as you already understood he is still eveading.
Kabam, please, fix this or change Ultron description

    Now, I definitely need an answer from Kabam

    Isn't that falcon locked on stopping ultron's evade a bug?

    Ultron's abilities state that his functions are unaffected by Ability Accuracy (Reduction?). His wording is a little odd, but regardless his interaction with Anti-Venom definitely works as intended. Either Falcon is bugged, or the AAR is bypassing Ultron's immunity because it's not directly reducing the evade's AA like slow or decelerate do. Either way very likely not intended.
