    Iceman isn't in the same universe of needing a buff as others.
    It’s worth remembering that we don’t typically get two big buffs in a single month. Usually it’s one big one and one easier one. Iceman, although I don’t think it’s terribly likely he’ll get one, would be an easy buff to put together. His base kit is great, he could just use a little number bump.

    Regardless of who the second champion is, odds are it won’t be one of the other champs who most desperately needs it. It will be one of the slightly-below-average champs like Mordo, and it will probably bring them to slightly-above-average, also like Mordo.
