Sorry to hear that you didn't get Hela.
I supposed you have already checked and confirmed that you did NOT see your LOGIN CRYSTAL in your inventory?
So far all my alliance mates who login daily, collected the LOGIN CRYSTAL, and managed to get either a 3* Thor R or a 3* Hela (depending on RNG)
If you indeed did not miss any login, and did NOT receive any LOGIN CRYSTAL at all, hopefully a Mod can help you, or you can file a support ticket in-game for better help

Hey there @abusaidyusran. For issues with your Login Calendar, you would typically want to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping on the Gear icon in the top left corner of the home screen, then choosing Support. Thanks!

We just flipped to the December calendar. You had to have missed a couple of days.
