I received a mail about it but wasn't sure if it was today.

Still running, 1/2 hour+ after the potential disruption start time.

Of course, this time it does say POSSIBLE, as well as “server maintenance .. do NOT expect this to disrupt gameplay”.

So this might be a different type of maintenance from in the past, where it usually goes down for a whole period of time.
