It's not even close to worth it. You'll probably get a generic 2-3 gem from July 4 deals with those units instead so no need to purchase a gem that bottlenecks who you rank up

Wouldn't say Vision is completely useless but saying the deal is terrible is an understatement. And as mentioned this only works on Classic Vision so it is literally throwing units down the drain if you don't also buy the offer to actually get Vision
