Champion view QOL

I think it would be very useful if we could "favorite" Champs, then have a filter for favorites. Champs you plan on ranking up in the future or go to teams or whatever ya know.

I actually want a favorite filter. I have an excel file for managing these stuff but having an in-game personal filter will really be a big help.
