Why is Phoenix so good in the movies and comics but absolutely a waste in mcoc? Unless I’m missing something she needs a rework like Magneto. She is a level 5 mutant is she not?

Don't think Phoenix is as bad as you think she is. My 6* r1 hits like a freight train with prof x synergy. She just lacks relevant utility and would benefit a lot from an update to her utilities - immunities, maybe give her vigilance or true strike, etc.
