First Science Class Champ to Rank 4?

I am trying to decide who my first Science R4 champ should be. Cap IW is R3/Sig 200. Torch is awakened at Sig 60. iBom, Mr. Negative, and Spidey 2099 are at R3 and unawakend currently. I have one Science awakening gem that I can use.

I've fully explored Act 7, but not yet Act 6 (honestly don't know that I have the desire to). I've not yet played Battlegrounds, but participate in AQ and AW consistently.

I've gone back and forth a few times, but currently run suicides. My current R4 champs are Kitty Pryde, Warlock, Hercules, and Doom. Any insight and advice would be much appreciated.

    I’m in the same boat trying to decide my first science. It’s a tough class to choose. Of the options I’d say iBom personally, but don’t know if I’d use the science gem on him

    Thank you. I forgot to mention that I currently have about 180 6* sig stones. I put a lot into Kitty and Guardian over the weekend.
