I have no idea who to rank up

I have previously had a big july 4th opening and i some how against all odds pulled like 9 5 stars so.... Who do i rank Up?

Interesting. Depends on where you are content-wise, but at level 44 I would probably be looking to rank Luke and Miles first, with maybe P2099 and Void as secondary options. Void would be a top option if he was awakened, but even unawakened he is still useful. But I would likely be heading into places where having immune champs would be useful, and Luke Cage would be covering bleed immunity for me. Miles isn't immune, but he does have that nice invisibility/miss mechanic that could be especially useful against unblockable specials.

While i do want to awaken my queen, the awakening is just not worth exploring the uncollected EQ for, i barely beat the master EQ with tons of revives and heals but now i have none of that so i guess ill pass
