Gaming issues December 3 2017

Is any one experiencing horrible gaming issues I don't know what's going on my internet and phone are running perfectly there is so much chop and glitchy AI trying to use Items and finish Act 5.3 but it's like I'm just wasting my time items and resources because the game is out of control. Can any one help me understand what the issue is please? Does the game need maintance or is there a virus in the game right now this is not fair or right to players such as my self who spend all kinds of money to have a fun gaming experience.

1. when your champions refresh in arena, the update information causes your device to lag -- this is why many youtubers wait until the end of their arena run to click ask for help -- so their roster refreshes quickly over 1 min, rather than over 1-2 hours they are grinding arena

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQWkOCvKAkA -- this guy Arni switched from Android to iOS and his video shows the issues with blocking not happening, blocks getting broken, and evades missing on iOS which wasn't happening on android.

All the bugs... cough.. I mean .. features to help players spend, right? /sarcasm

Kabam please watch the combo starting at 11:44 in the YouTube clip. Transition from combo to special attack gets messed up and juggernaut recovers.
That happens to me regularly in tougher content. When it happens the player is left wide open and normally gets instantly attacked.
