Can i have more than 1 Apoc Horseman per quest?

Im planning my abyss team for Carina s Mutant Domination and im curious if i can for example:

Make Stryfe horseman, then fight a mutant with Apoc to regain charges and after that make Professor X a horseman as well, is that possible or is it a 1 time thing per quest?

    1 horseman per apoc. You can have 2 horsemans if you do the challenge with 2 apoc, but you will have to build they separately.

    It's a one-time thing.

    TIP: There's a bug that hasn't been fixed for over a year now that will make you lose your Horseman ability while you're in the middle of Abyss. DON'T force close your fights when you're using your designated Horseman. After applying the Horseman ability, quit to menu before entering the fight. Goodluck!
