Go to the @ where you made your email. Ask for help at your customer care service. Always make sure to register your account with KABAM too, in case you forget your email account password. Double secured Login options. Gmail or KABAM Login.

Think they mean they just types a bunch of random characters for an email address (not an actual working email address), and then either randomly types a password (or can’t remember what they typed).

If you didn’t bother to write down what you are using for username/password, especially if it doesn’t exist in real life, then it was something you knew in advance you weren’t gonna care about.
And so now it's basically gone.

If you remember the email address you invented, you could try the account recovery process by opening a support ticket. If you still remember about when you created the account, and if you didn't buy a lot of stuff (and thus have no purchase history to remember) then you might be able to answer all of the questions necessary for customer support to reset your password.

However, I am obliged to remind people that doing this in general is not just "stupid haha." In this day and age, creating online accounts for any service anywhere with your eyes closed is fundamentally unsound. If you do not record and do not remember what you're doing, you could end up repeating it elsewhere. You could end up leaving accounts behind that could be cracked without your knowledge because you no longer use them. You could be leaking information about how you "randomly" create passwords for other accounts.

It was bad practice in 2002 to make a bunch of random accounts all over the place and then forget about them. It is very dangerous to do this in 2022.

As if one headache wasn't enough. You must not be affected by input issues. God bless you if you're not. I'm close to quitting with my only account at this point. SMH.
