Thronebreaker Event Quest Objective Issues

I just became thronebreaker using the T5CC nexus crystal when you full explore cav difficulty. However now that I am thronebreaker I have the event quest objective but I can’t seem to complete it even though i’ve already fully explored cav difficulty.
Any help would be great.
