This one was really good since i had no idea where it was going and whether or not Kamran would be caught it become a villian. Honestly Been a Long time since i didn't know how a story would end.

Interesting to see how this is explained(as well as other questions left at the end of the series) in the Marvels which comes out next year.

Also, this is the second time they’ve used the 90s X-Men theme in the MCU. First time made sense, but why did they use it again this time?

I doubt The Marvels will do much exploration of her being a mutant. Expect that to either be in season 2 or in a future X-Men project.

The show ended well, at least. There was a lot to like throughout the series but it was all just so incredibly rushed. Establishing two different bad guy factions across two different continents along with Kamala herself and all of the characters surrounding her was just never feasible during six episodes. I really wish they had been given more breathing room because there was so much I loved about the show otherwise. Her family is absolutely amazing, for example.

But yeah, I did really like the last episode. Can't wait for The Marvels.

I think they already did in Doctor Strange 2. Prof X in his famous yellow floating chair, and the theme song that played..

Thoroughly enjoyed the finale. I was expecting Captain Marvel to show up when Ms Marvel was sitting on the street light, and being like, "Hey Ms Marvel". The same tone when she said, "Hey Peter Parker" in Avengers End Game.

But as a grown ass man, I screamed like a school girl when she showed up eventually at the end. Much hype overload for Phase 4!

Well because of the multiverse, any previous marvel IP can be considered Canon to the main mcu at this point.

they used the 90s theme because it's WAY more recognisable than the theme from the 2000 movie. Like, EVERYONE knows the 1960s Spider-Man theme even if they've never seen the show or weren't even born then.

I think what bothered me most was two things, Ms marvel is an inhuman not a mutant so idk why marvel studios is so abject to using inhumans right now especially after black bolt was in Dr strange 2. And really? Ms marvel as the first mutant in the mcu? It couldn't be someone more relatable like wolverine or prof x or magneto?

Feige never wanted to make an Inhumans movie, Pearlmutter pushed it because he fell out with Fox and forced the comics staff to push the Inhumans. No one cares about them that much. There's about 4 popular Inhumans: Black Bolt, Medusa, Crystal and Kamala. Then the show tanked, so they're tainted.

I relate to a dorky, nerd girl more than to a psycho murder machine, a creepy Heaven's Gate looking mofo or Magnet man who switches sides more times than I've had hot dinners.

Watched all the episodes without moaning on the internet, saw with very low expectations, knowing its a kids show, and yet it was rough to see it through... easily the worst marvel project so far, and its not the actress fault, she s a great Kamala, but whoever wrote that **** should fired. Even that hideous Avengers game for Playstation was able to tell a great Kamala story and capture her essence, this show s plot is absolute garbage.

Pros:
- Great carismatic characters, specially Kamala and her dad
- Great display of muslim culture
- Cameo at the end
- Her suit, i mean come on it looks awesome

Cons:
- Her powers.. yea, i definitely hate the changed they made to her powers, they might still get it right on the future, but so far its a no for me, even with that "embiggen"
- Plot. I got legit curious about her bracelet and her family story behind it, but they blew it with that, they could have gone so many ways, but chose to waste a whole episode showing Kamala looking for her grandma at a train station which added nothing to the story, and they still failed to show us the origin of the bracelet or how it worked, hope we get that in future. They could also elaborate further on that other reality they re from, maybe show some flashbacks..
- The villain. Kanram s mom story had potential, they built her and the clandestines for so long, just to waste her in that stupid death at the end and giving no explanation to what she did or how her son got those powers, they could have explored the conflict with the Redd Daggers way more, but instead they gave us that stupid Damage Control as antagonist on the finale.
- Her linneage. First she s said to be Djinn, part of the clandestines, then its said he has a mutation on her genes, why dafuq they altered everything about Kamala? She s INHUMAN, i mean come on Black Bolt already showed up on the MCU, inhumans arent new anymore. I legit thought mutation was just a mere word for diferent genes, such as inhuman genes, but i dont think marvel intend to go that way, specially with that xmen song that played. I mean, it seems they decided to change her powers, her origins but are completely lost on how to develop and where to take her. Being inhuman is essencial to Kamala story, and its a great story, i rly dont get why Kevin Feige did this.
- CGI, this is is probably me hating cause i hated her powers, but seriouslly i rly thought those effects were bad, and Kanrams were even worse.

I give a 2/10.
Would watch The Marvels? Of course, rly excited for that.
Would watch season 2 of ms marvel? Yes cause i follow every MCU project, but i hope they dont make that

This was my critic, sorry its too long, i just refuse to throw negativity on something i dont like, like most of ppl are doing on official marvel pages, but i was glad to write here and point what and why i thought this of the show, hope we can discuss with Marvel/MCU/Movies/Series entusiasts.

Edit: The Boys, Daredevil and Punisher still top 3 super heroes shows imo

There's 2 reasons they changed her powers: one is it avoids having to introduce and explain the Inhumans who, like I said, no one really cares about, and they can use her to introduce mutants; two is it means they explain why she and no one else in her family can use the bangle and get powers.

I'm sorry but just because you don't care about inhumans doesn't mean no one does. They are an integral part of the marvel universe. Matter of fact, they are integral to many fantastic four stories.

Think I’ll pass on this one. Looks like a generic high school drama with shotty sfx, which isn’t my kinda thing. Marvel hasn’t been hitting the mark with their movies or shows (other then most of Moonknight) so I don’t think I’ll miss much.
If you disliked Doctor Strange then its because the "leaks" and theories for that movie were out of control just because the title had "multiverse" in it.

Just a word of advice, never tell someone why they dislike something.

Honestly, it was the worst of the Disney+ series to me. I just couldn't get into it on all levels. Phase 4 itself has just been a shade of what I came to expect from Marvel since End Game. I suppose we should all readjust expectations ... there's really no "bigger purpose" to these movies and shows yet beyond maybe the multiverse I guess .. so the multiverse is the big bad guy now and what it means.

Loved her costume. I didn't like much of anything about the series though.
