My first questions is how does fps work in this game. One time I had a fps logger on which showed the game running at 90 fps. But the rest of the time it only runs at 60fps.
My second question, is this a bug. My six star Karnak's rank up requires extra random items that other rank 1 to 2 don't require.

Karnak is inhuman. He was designed to require skill/cosmic since his release. He's skill class but cosmic origin.
