EOP- Emma Frost & Concussion

Is Emma Frost meant to ignore concussion from EOP Overseer whilst she is in diamond form?
Despite being in diamond form, my parries are failing to stun and I believe it is because I am being affected by Overseer's special concussion.

Can anyone clarify? Thanks in advance.

    overseer is immune to stun when in autoblock is active, overseers abilities

    Also, special concussion only affects your abilities that occur during specials, not basic attacks.
