Doesn't matter, if you are Cavalier you must pick the t5cc selector so you can become TB, everything else is just an illusion of a choice.

I would pick it. The odds are actually pretty decent to get at least one 6* champ, but you also get to pick the best of three champs if not. For someone with a less developed roster, this can be much more important than a random 6*.
